Description
The Writing Freedom Forever Oracle Deck System
I created an entire Writing Freedom Forever Oracle deck system based on the hopes, struggles, and tactical needs of the many writers (and artists) I’ve guided. Writers need (either specifically, or intermingled) emotional, spiritual, and tactical support to move beyond stuck. Through variations and choices of invitations you’ll never be writing-stuck again!
I created 3 specific decks to draw cards from to be used at any given moment, either on their own, or intermingled with one another. Together they form a systematic tool.
- Deck 1 – IGNITE (Psychic/spiritual)
- Deck 2 – INVITE (Invitations/emotional)
- Deck 3 – INSIGHT (Tips/tactical)
You can pull cards from one deck at a time, or blend 2 decks, or all 3, depending upon writing motivation needs at the moment. The cards offer unlimited options, combinations, and configurations of words and images to ignite your expression. There are endless pathways to explore, contemplate, reflect, create.
Each card has 3 elements to work from: On the front of each card is an image. Take a look and let your creation begin. What’s the image about? What does it evoke in memories or feelings? What is a story about the image?
On the back of each card is a word, phrase, or thought to write in response to. For “IGNITE,” these are psychically received messages. “INVITE” holds open-ended words and phrases to evoke correlations, and “INSIGHT” text relates to my teaching approaches to writing. Each card-back also has it’s own unique little emoji, drawing, or icon. These are meant to be writing invitations, too! What do they evoke? What can you say or share about them? So, to recap, every card has:
*an image
*written word or phrase
*little drawing or icon
When it comes to expression, we deserve freedom. And yet, it’s an element that eludes us. My mission to change such outcomes has helped hundreds of people. I’ve put a lot of time, thought, & love into creating these decks. I’m proud of how they turned out. I took all the photos, inspired by where I live and teach, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Taking a range of photo styles and subjects is an extension of my writing life. I love to imagine stories.
